Description
The Brut delle Ripalte was born from the same Poggio Turco Vineyards cultivated with Aleatico, from which we produce Aleatico Raisin wine and Rosato delle Ripalte. It is a Brut Rosé sparkling wine made with the Charmat method that preserves the typical characteristics and aromas of this aromatic grape variety.
The scent of wild rose and the hint of Mediterranean scrub are the common characteristics of these three wines. The primary aromas of flowers and fruit and the excellent drinkability of a dry and clean product are best enjoyed as an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal.
The color of this Rosé approaches Tea rose and evokes sensations of freshness that are punctually found in the wine, accompanied by a silky and elegant bubble.
Vinification and aging: after the harvest, which is carried out fifteen days early, the Aleatico grapes are softly pressed to obtain the sparkling wine base, which is then re-fermented in large containers
At the bottling stage, the liqueur d'expedition consists of the Aleatico Raisin wine. The resulting product is pleasant and fresh, with the typical hints of Aleatico.
